All sets are handmade and made to order, often in customised sizes that cannot be resold therefore, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges, except in instances of faulty or damaged goods. In these instances, a refund will be issued or an exchange will be offered for an identical item.
We also may be able to provide an order cancellation if we are notified with a cancellation request within 12 hours of original purchase.
